Fiberglass Rebar

Coated with epoxy resin for enhanced durability and resistance to alkalis, acids, and moisture. Ideal for long-term structural reinforcement.

Designed as a superior alternative to traditional steel reinforcement, FRP rebar is specifically used to strengthen concrete in environments exposed to water, saltwater, or chemicals. Its unique properties make it an ideal choice for applications where corrosion resistance and longevity are critical.

Advantages of FRP Rebar:Non-Corrosive: Resists corrosion even when exposed to chloride ions and other corrosive elements.

High Strength-to-Weight Ratio: Delivers robust reinforcement while being lightweight, ideal for weight-sensitive applications.

Non-Conductive: Offers exceptional electrical and thermal insulation properties.

Superior Fatigue Resistance: Performs reliably under cyclic loading conditions.

Impact Resistant: Withstands sudden and intense point loads.

Magnetic Transparency: Unaffected by electromagnetic fields, making it perfect for MRI facilities and electronic testing environments.

Lightweight: Easy to transport and install without heavy lifting equipment, significantly reducing machinery and labor costs.

We supply the following four types of fiberglass rebar, categorized based on material and performance:

FRP Rebar Wrapped in Dry Yarn – Enhances adhesion to concrete, offers excellent corrosion resistance, and provides a higher strength-to-weight ratio with superior durability.

FRP Rebar Wrapped in Wet Yarn – Delivers exceptional moisture protection, making it ideal for applications in damp or wet environments.

FRP Rebar with Dents – Features high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. The surface indentations improve bond strength, stress transfer, and the adhesion of protective coatings.

High-Load FRP Rebar – Designed for durability, longevity, and enhanced structural performance, significantly reducing maintenance costs associated with corrosion.

We Also Supply FRP Rock Bolts

Rock Bolt Rebar (Support/Joint System)are widely used in civil engineering and mining to reinforce and stabilize rock masses. They involve inserting a steel rod or bar into a drilled hole, which is then secured with cement or resin grout. Rock bolts are designed to withstand tensile forces, distribute loads evenly, and enhance overall structural strength. Common types include fully grouted, mechanically anchored, and friction rock bolts. They effectively control rock movement, reduce deformation, and prevent collapses.Available Dimensions: Typical diameters include 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24mm.
Applications: Ideal for rock reinforcement in underground environments such as mining, subways, and tunnels.
